Settings & Customization

1. Access Chat Settings

Click Chat in the nav bar to open Settings.

2. Custom Chat Instructions

Add guidelines to personalize how Chat responds to you.

3. Conversation Starters

Add prompts and drag to reorder. All accessible in-feature.

4. Include Unsigned Notes

Enable in Knowledge settings to include unsigned notes.

5. Upload Reference Files

Upload PDFs to give Chat additional clinical context.

Accessing Eluve Chat

1. Go to an Appointment Page

Navigate to any appointment. The patient context is tied to the appointment you have open.

2. Select a Patient

Make sure a patient is selected in the sidebar. Chat uses the selected patient's data and notes.

3. Click the Chat Icon

Click the chat icon (top right) to open the Eluve Chat panel alongside the appointment view.
