Our Import EHR Data
button has gotten a face lift! Now it will show your EHR’s logo + the last time you successfully imported. It will also automatically attempt to import in the background every few hours. If you want to kick off a manual import, just hit the refresh button 🔄. You may also notice that this works faster and it doesn’t have to pop open a tab.
We’ve also made the error messages more specific when the extension runs into problems. Though, the vast majority of the time, you just need to sign into your EHR and try again.
There are a few notable improvements to our Agenda View as well:
We now support side-by-side appointments for those multitaskers out there. We’ve also made it easier to see what time of day it is so you can jump right into the correct appointment.
We’ve been looking at the metrics and it seems like some of you don’t have great internet. It’s either slow 🐢 or it cuts in and out. So we’ve taken this opportunity to make some improvements to our appointment completion flow. Here’s how it works:
If there are problems uploading your session to our servers, we’ll do some more intelligent retries behind the scenes. We’ll also show a progress bar along the way. But the good news is, we’ll do this upload in the background so you can move on to your next session and come back to it when you’re ready.
In order to continue using Eluve, you just need to refresh your browser window and re-enable the latest version of the browser extension.
