Boosting Retention: How Eluve is Changing the Game for Dr. Ybarra

We recently onboarded Myodetox chiropractor, Dr. Roy Ybarra and we asked him about his initial thoughts after using Eluve. Here’s what he had to say:

Besides helping clinicians save time on paperwork, Eluve allows you to have more meaningful face-to-face interactions with patients. Handwritten notes and typing while talking are finally becoming a thing of the past. The future of medical care is here and we’re grateful to share this journey with you all!

Sometimes silence is golden, but not when you’re trying to use Eluve when seeing patients. If you start recording a new session and your mic happens to be muted, we’ll let you know! You’ll receive a warning message to make sure you don’t accidentally record a blank session.

New Start & Stop Sound Effects 🔔 🎵

When you start or stop recording your session, we can play sound effects! These are completely optional and configurable in your user settings. But we’ve found that it’s a helpful way for clinicians to let patients know when they are on and off the record.

Canceled or rescheduled appointment? No problem!

Rescheduled and canceled appointments happen. Now, all rescheduled appointments from Jane should appear in the correct day and time slot in Eluve. Canceled appointments are also hidden from your Eluve calendar.

Formatting & Headers - Upgraded! 💅

We’ve improved the formatting of text boxes and line spacing in Jane charts. And now, we have better support for headers so you can use bold and italics**.** Doesn’t it look better?!

Updates, automatically.

At Eluve, we’re improving our software daily. To make sure you’re using the latest and greatest, we can now push updates automatically. If you haven’t already, update your browser extension so you can enjoy the newest version of Eluve.
