Eluve has launched our medical scribe. We currently support creating medical notes and client-friendly recaps automatically just by listening to the conversations you have with your patients. We can also automatically sync those notes into EHRs like Jane, Tebra, and Movement X on your behalf!

Getting Started

To get started with real patients

  1. Visit https://app.eluve.com and sign in with your email address.
  2. Using Chrome, install the Eluve Extension.
    1. Note: You can use any browser to record the session and generate the note. But in order to sync with your EHR, you’ll need to use Chrome with the Eluve Extension installed.
  3. Click the import icon 🔄 to refresh the upcoming appointments and patients
    1. The browser extension to reach out to your EHR and after about 30 seconds, all of your appointments for the next week as well as your patients will be synced with Eluve.
  4. Click on an appointment and then click Start Session to begin the session.
    1. Before you begin your session, make sure that you request patient consent.

Kicking the tires

If you ever want to just kick the tires and start an adhoc session, you can click New Session. This will start an anonymous session. If you like the results, you will still have the option to link this to a patient and sync to your EHR.

What to Expect

This is a beta, so you may encounter some rough edges in the product. To begin with, we recommend that you use this as a complement to (and not a replacement for) your existing note-taking flow. See Known Issues for more information.
