If you are having difficulty importing your patients or appointments, here are a few tips:

  1. Ensure you have the Eluve Extension installed and enabled: Getting Started
  2. Ensure you are using the latest version of the Eluve extension. More info: Updating the Eluve Extension
  3. Double-check that you’re signed into your EHR within the same browser profile. For example, if you’re using Chrome, you may have a personal profile and a work profile. Make sure that you’re signed into Eluve and your EHR within the same profile.
